Re: is your hobby a secret ?

No secret here. My den/man cave/Joe room is always available for viewing. New people to our house always get a tour, usually initiated by the wifey. I never push my hobby. Never had a negative comment, that would not be polite anyway...

My boys haven't gotten the bug. They are too involved with my 1/1 Military Vehicles (now theirs......... after my stroke, I'm fine but with a slight gimp on my rt leg, I don't trust it to operate a standard shift). Just got off the phone with my youngest, he was asking for my input on colors for new canvas or vinyl cab top, seats, spare tire cover for my/his M-37. Now that his Fire House is 20 minutes away, he wants to use the M-37 as a backup to get to work. That's a lie, he just wants an excuse to drive "military".

When I kick the bucket, they will have plenty of opportunity to choose among my toys and dollies.
