1/6 scale custom male skeleton.

Hi, guys
Some times ago I saw at www.onesixthscalewarriors.com this awesome mini dio:
http://www.onesixthwarriors.com/foru...er-1916-a.html
I wanted to do something like that but it was too hard to find a normal 1/6 scale skeleton model.
After a long searching, I bought at ebay.com the plastic skeleton of Airfix company. But when I opened the box the model what I saw disappointed me.
Because where was no another ways I decided to do skeleton myself.
At first was made a 3D model:

aa410
After that on the 3-D printer was grown 1/6 scale sceleton prototype:

aa410
Then I made a matrix for casting and now I can do as many resin skeleton copies as I need.
Off course I like the plastic is more than resin but I can't do plastic copies because the matrix for plastic casting is 4-5 times more expensive than the cost of the prototype model.
Resin is solid material but it fragile if it bending.
So the resin kit is some difficult to assemble.
It needs mini drill with graver adapters and cyanoacrylate glue.

aa410
This is what I have after assembling. Hope you like it.

Very Impressive.

THE question now:

How much would you charge for one complete Skeleton?

I did not know that...

May be a Money Order could fill the bill then?

I would be very interested to know.

Again, very impressive work!

Re: 1/6 scale custom male skeleton.

Really impressive! Like to know the price of skeleton.
If you wanna bend the resin, put it in hot water will make it soft then easy to bend and fix the shape.

$70 + shipping;
The cheapest way is EMS mail approximately $60 and one week to USA.
Trust me, I do not have profit from shipping, here is really such prices!

Re: 1/6 scale custom male skeleton.

I think I might to do skull separately in 1/16 and in 1/35. It's not too difficult if you have 3D model. May be several big and thick bones to. But full skeleton is extremally hard to do and assemble.
In this case it'll be very brittle.
My English level is low so I understand nothing about Rommel.
