On the far left of the bar below the forum header pic you will see "User CP" - click that and on the left column "Your Profile" go down to "Edit Avatar" and either enter a web link ( such as a Photobox url ) in the first box or directly upload a pic from your C drive in the second box. Job done!

I keep getting a file failed to upload message. Any idea what’s going on? The image is appropriately sized.
