1/6th Haguenau Panther G Jan 1945

I'm getting my Armortek Panther upgraded and painted by Lee Sellers at Newthorpe Models. Thought I'd share a few photo's of the winter dazzle camo used by some Panthers of either 21 Panzer Division or Pz.Abt 5 in January 1945.

Next is the weathering. I'll post some photo's when I receive them.

Thanks Antony

Anthony,

Thanks for posting here.

Your Panther looks stunning! Well done you and Lee!
Interesting cammo - that one would be a nice choice for me here near the Arctic Circle
But I have the Normandy bug...

Love that weathering as well.

Cheers
Kent

Very well done. Cant wait to see it on the prowl in an outdoor seen, espcially with sprinkling of snow. All around nice piece from the paint, weathering and to especially choice of camo. Thanks

Sorry for the long delay in posting some outdoor photo's but I have been waiting for the frost to arrive and all I need now is some snow. Anyway some outdoor photo's as requested:

Happy New Year to all, and keep all the great build's and photo's coming. I have a feeling 2009 is going to be a great year for the 1/6th world even though it might not be for all us in 1/1. Good luck.

Antony

Very Well Done on the Panther and the Camo. I like that pattern it is very different from what I have seen in the past.

Hi All,

A short video of my Panther taken on Sunday during a WW2 weekend in Carnforth, England.

I think I got a bit carried away with the Panther's MG on the day but it was great fun

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFUVipdYUVA

Thanks to the gent who uploaded the video to youtube

Hi Antony

That was awesome! If I were getting off that train I would of loved it!

I think you are right. Pretty sure you burned out the barrel on your MG.

Thanks for sharing
