I needed a little break !

Hammer's Africaners on the board has been sending me some really fantastic 1/1 patches over the last couple years , in the last batch he also sent probably close to 100 1/72 armor kits and figures in 2 very large boxes , which was a complete surprise too me !!!
Having not built a model in many years now not counting 1/6th , I decided to take a couple days and mess around , first thing I have noticed is the eyes and hands are not what they used to be , I just dont really have the chops for it anymore , but that wont stop me !!!!!
The 250/9 below is what I put together , its the old version of the ESCI kit with the rubber tracks , I really wish there was a source for the individual links that came in the later kits , as crazy as it sounds , they look so much better then the rubber bands , and photo etch , any way , please dont judge too harshly , its been many years LOL .
Assembly was the most difficult , these parts are tiny , and I just cant see to trim them up right any more , so there are bad gaps , but what can you do , I think I am going to invest in one of those magnifying things for the next one LOL getting old sucks !

ha ha, you can fit a lot more of those on your desk then their 1:6th counterparts. : )

Nice job on the teeny tiny 250... Boy do I know what you mean about the eyes

You need to make a 1/6th scale figure of yourself and then you can pose it with these little kits. It will look like you are building in 1/12th scale.

Good looking 250/9.
