I found a slick way to put the 4 ends of the straps into the buckle. I took a 2" section of 1.5" wide masking tape and stuck it on the back of the buckle with the buckle centered on the tape. Then I opened the buckle and put one end of the strap into the buckle. Then I closed the buckle and pressed the tape to the back side of the strap. I repeated this for all 4 straps. When all 4 straps were secured in the buckle I removed the masking tape, and voila no more struggleing to keep the strap ends in the buckle while you added each strap end..... worked like a charm.....
