• Pardon the dust while the boys rebuild the site.

    The board will be in a state of disarray as I get things sorted out, for a little while at least.

    The new incarnation is using Xenforo as the system software. It is much like what we are used to, with a few differences. I will see about making a FAQ to help point out the differences for the members.

     

    One IMPORTANT difference for all of us old timers is that the 'mail' system is replaced with what are called 'conversations'/

    There is no 'Inbox' or 'Out box' or 'Sent' folders anymore.

    Think of Conversations as private 'threads' or topics that don't exist in a forum, that you start with another member. NOTE: Conversations can include more than one member if you or someone else in the conversaion, likes.
    Takes a little getting used to but I am sure you all can get a hang of it.

     

    Only a slightly modified default default Xenforo style is available for now. Once the new SAG style is ready it will be available.

    All existing users should be able to login with their usernames and passwords once the site goes up.

Well.....I hate to do this but TSB has left me no other choice.


-9 March this year pre ordered a DiD Sophia figure from him and CC was charged the full amount to include shipping ($166.25)


After seeing figure arriving at other dealers and also being parted out:


-on or about 1 May I called him to find out status of order.


-7 May received email from him stating in effect that:
....his order was shipped by mistake to another dealer and his re order was delayed and sitting in customs.


-3 Jun I emailed requesting status of order.


-3 Jun received reply from him stating in effect:
...having all kinds of issues with DiD...order still held in customs...DiD sending more figures with his Napoleonic figure...due to arrive in two weeks.


-15 Jun I emailed again asking status of order.


-16 Jun received response stating......"Looks like next Wednesday"...(which should have been 24 Jun)


-29 Jun emailed him again requesting status of order
.....no response from him


-6 Jul Emailed again asking status.
......no response from him


-13 Jul emailed him reviewing emails and responses and requested cancellation of order and funds credited to CC used for the purchase.


-19 Jun checked my CC account and nothing credited. Called CC Company and because of timing of purchase and delays from him strung the period past the date claim can be disputed.


So tomorrow I will be contacting the Toms River NJ PD to file a fraud complaint and will escalate each day to the Feds and the NJ Attorney General.









 
I've dealt with them twice once on eBay and once through their website both times were fast delivery no problems! I hope they resolve your issue quickly.
