1/6 diamond plating

Anyone know where I could find something convincing to pass for diamond plate?

Re: 1/6 diamond plating

There was a great thread with some links that I'm having trouble locating. I believe it was Plastruct 1/24th scale that was decided to be a good match for what you are looking for if not mistaken?

Thanks for the suggestion. I took a look over there and they have a 1/16 sheet of diamond plate that might do the trick. I went to the link pp provided and it looks great but $60 is kind of steep for the amount I am going to need.

So, if 1/24 was a good match am I wrong in assuming that 1/16 would be even better?

Re: 1/6 diamond plating

Need to search around a lil more, but it may have been the 1/16th they were talking about?

Re: 1/6 diamond plating

Glad it looks that way perhaps you can post a picture of it used in a build for more reference.

No I'm afraid I see no photo. I was just curious as to say how it looked with a figure standing on it.
